Sample Gantt Charts  (Click Here to View)

The purpose of these Gantt charts is to provide Project Managers with a tool from which to manage projects through the PDP. These Gantt charts are examples only. It is always necessary to add or delete tasks, assign appropriate durations and reevaluate predecessor activities based on the specific scope of the project. The Project Manager must use prior experience and expertise to create project specific Gantt charts.
