Highway Safety Improvement Program Reports

The State of Ohio is required to submit the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Annual Reports to the Federal Highway Administration.  The State submits these reports for Ohio's Highway-Rail Grade Crossing and Hazard Elimination Programs in accordance with Sections 130(g) and 152(g) of Title 23.  The ORDC is responsible for the Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Program Report.  The intent of these reports is to address the progress being made to implement the Highway-Rail Grade Crossings and Hazard Elimination Programs and the effectiveness of these programs.
